What Shtepi.org is

Shtepi.org is a platform where real-estate agencies and owners publish listings for property for sale or rent. We are not a party to agreements between publishers and interested people, and we do not act as a real-estate agency.

Your account

• Give accurate details and confirm your email address before publishing.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.

Listings

• Publish only property you have the right to sell or rent.
• Details, price and photos must be true, and the photos must be yours or used with permission.
• When the property is sold or rented, mark it so or delete the listing.
• Fraudulent, duplicate, discriminatory or unrelated listings are not allowed.

We may hide or delete listings and close accounts that break these rules.

Paid promotion

Premium packages show a listing first for the chosen period. Payment is made through the payment provider. Once a promotion has started the payment is not refunded, except where the service was not delivered because of us.

Liability

Listing content is the responsibility of its publisher. We do not guarantee its accuracy and advise you to check the property and its paperwork before any payment. Average-price figures on the site are calculated from listings and are indicative only.
